Bananas offer a substantial dose of vitamins B6 and C, both of which may promote brain health. Plus, chocolate adds an extra brain boost. Ingredients 1/3 cup Almonds, Raw 1 teaspoon Honey 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder, Dark 1 Banana, Ripe 1 cup Water 10 Ice Cubes Soak the almonds in a bowl filled with water for at least 6 hours or overnight. Drain the almonds and place them in a blender. Add 1 cup of water. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until the almonds are chopped very finely. Add honey, banana, cocoa powder and ice cubes.
