What is Wesley Home Health?
Wesley Home Health provides reliable skilled nursing and personal care in your own home. Choose privacy and comfort at home with individualized attention. Wesley Home Health is licensed to provide a range of quality support services and medical care to residents of King and Pierce counties. In-home health services are reimbursable when the client meets homebound criteria and when a physician orders services requiring intermittent skilled nursing, physical therapy or speech therapy.

Reimbursement
Home health services are reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance depending on the level of care and the individual’s insurance plan.
- Medicare: Home Health services are 100 percent reimbursable when the patient meets homebound criteria and when a physician orders services requiring intermittent skilled nursing, physical therapy or speech therapy.
- Medicaid: Payment is determined by person's program eligibility.
- Private Insurance: Wesley At Home can assist in determining insurance coverage.
