Wesley Community Foundation invites you to celebrate the holidays and those you love by making a donation. Whether it is in memory of a loved one who has passed or in honor of your grandchildren, parents or mentor, your generosity plays a critical role in championing the needs of our communities and the mission of our organization.

From now until January 1, 2021, any gift amount you make will be honored by hanging a personalized Tree of Lights ornament on a special holiday tree at one of our Wesley campuses. Let us know which fund you choose to support.

• EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE FUND: Help employees who are experiencing a financial emergency at this crucial time.
• HOSPICE: Gifts to Hospice support bereavement and volunteer services for patients and families experiencing end-of-life care. Through supporting the dignity and quality of life for patients and families, Wesley Hospice provides a smooth transition in care that benefits everyone.
